What changed on 1 October 2026
- Replies to customers (service messages) are no longer unlimited free: each number gets 1,000 free per month, then each reply costs the service rate.
- Utility templates sent inside the 24-hour customer service window are now charged too.
- Messages inside the 72-hour free window after a Click-to-WhatsApp ad stay free.
- Your Meta account needs a payment method, or replies stop being delivered.
